SR Aesthetics Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of stemregenaesthetics.com (the “Site”) and to the SR Aesthetics text messaging program. SR Aesthetics is operated by Stem Regen Medical Wellness & Rehabilitation PC, 66 NJ-17, Suite 150A, Paramus, NJ 07652. By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS program.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Program
- Program name: SR Aesthetics Patient Messages.
- Program description: We send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. If you separately opt in, we also send occasional promotional messages about our services and offers.
- Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the SR Aesthetics SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box or boxes on our website contact form at stemregenaesthetics.com/contact-us/, or text START to (201) 734-3888. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with us.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at (201) 740-3333 or info@stemregenaesthetics.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
